InflectionPoint is a nine (9) week workshop that heightens business leader confidence and reputation, informing your critical decisions affecting clients, staff, and the business, by leveraging the experience of your client-facing workforce presented in an actionable format.

InflectionPoint workshops do not generate mere suggestions, but rather, presents a well-devised executive apprising of opportunity to conceptually achieve measurable efficiency gains, cultural shifts, and political equity through organizational, technical, procedural, and/or operational transformation(s) - formulated, assessed, and presented by your workforce.
The InflectionPoint agile workshop is comprised of 9 weeks, culminating in an audience-immersive executive presentation, and a transition meeting.

CMEP involved 35 unfamiliar colleagues gathering together from across Florida to participate in an Inflection Point workshop, brainstorming on over 200 field-supplied ideas seeking to choose a select few which could change their work for the better. Over the next 9 weeks, smaller “focus groups” began to develop the priority recommendations that represent the CMEP final work product including each team’s actionable recommendation evidenced by hundreds of survey responses, data analyses, interviews, and comparative evaluations. Part 2 continues with workforce focus group teams presenting their actionable recommendations to senior leadership. The video concludes with leadership reactions to the event, focus group presentations, and call to action.
